The last two ibhithis, for now… ;)

yeah there is a small delay in my post, but there have been such good posts the last week – like the new Mix of DJ O.live.R and yesterday of DJ Badre, that we have to give our visitors the time to find it on top of our page! But to start the week with some more good tunes you get here the latest release of Pollinate Records with the last two tracks of their ibhithis series.

IBHITHI FIVE
You might think we’re mad giving this tune away for free. It’s massive. We’re a bunch of loved up ravers at Pollinate HQ and we got a lot of love to give.
The vocal will melt the most hardened souls and is essential for anybody who has ever liked house music in the past 20 years.

IBHITHI SIX
This track is so hot we’ve gone through three computers trying to upload it… bursting at the seems with melancholic synths, driving beats and tribal grunts, it’s like Kraftwerk recording with foil coated stones in the Kalahari desert, we couldn’t finish on a finer note…

Jumping Back Slash’s Ibhithi series is a collection of tunes all with the same kwaito kit and analogue feel thrown together in a moonlit studio in cape town. You have now received 6 tracks. These 6 tracks are only part of the digital series which is to be released on Pollinate late april/early may. Yes there are more tracks and yes you shouldn’t sleep on it, watch this space.
