You have followed us for longer time! That’s good! So you shared some of our mailbox news I hope! Sometimes it is worth to check again if there was something precious left in – and I found something! It is an Autralian DJ named ‘Lord Lingham’ and host Mondo Electrico on PBS (www.pbsfm.org.au), a community radio station in Melbourne, Australia. His DJ mixes are a blend of Detroit tech-house, Deep house, ballearic (sometimes), Kwaito, Kuduro, digital dancehall, and UK Funky. Have a listen to the Lord Lingham Mondo mix on his soundcloud account! Also he is part of production duo, Bulke. They are influenced by experimental electronica, krautrock, techno, dub, African rhythms, and folk music from central and south east asia (though they had a slight flirtation with gypsy brass on Balkan Cowboys)…
It was the cultural backround of the music which he used for his rootsy mix, that enthuse me completly!
